INSTANT FILM-BASED CARDS Composite cards and badges are made up of separate components: a pre-printed card and a separate photo.   The cards and photo are then sandwiched between two layers of laminate or placed in a butterfly pouch which creates a sophisticated, finished ID badge.  The lamination process seals, protects and extends the cards life and durability.
